Before any agreements are made or payments are processed, we'll schedule a discovery call. This is where we'll discuss the project's full scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, etc. Normally, we come to a verbal agreement on these elements during this call. Usually this call lasts 30-60 minutes.
Following our call, we'll send you a project proposal that outlines the deliverables and the cost estimate we discussed. Upon your approval, we'll share the contract, project initiation documents, and an invoice for a deposit. We move forward only after we have your signature, payment, and completed documentation.
With the signed contract, deposit, and project brief in hand, we dive into the strategic phase. Below, you'll find a step-by-step outline of our process, from initial analysis to the final eCommerce solution tailored to your needs.
Roughly two weeks after we've received everything required from you, we're ready to present our strategy. We'll guide you through each phase of our approach, explaining the rationale behind each decision. The goal is to arrive at a comprehensive strategy that meets your brief. A detailed presentation will be sent to you for reference and to gather feedback.
It's crucial to absorb the information presented before providing feedback. We recommend taking at least a day to process everything. Depending on the extent of revisions needed (if any), we can handle minor changes via email, or schedule another presentation for more substantial adjustments.
Once you've approved the final strategy, we'll issue the final invoice. After payment is received, we'll deliver all the necessary files and documentation in an organized manner for immediate implementation. To ensure ongoing success, we'll check in a couple of months after project completion to see how things are going and if any further assistance is needed.
